As a Guidewire Senior Delivery Lead at Accenture, you will play a crucial role by using your in-depth Guidewire and Insurance expertise, you will coach and manage your team in designing and delivering solutions that fit our clients’ requirements as well as plan and budget. As you will be part of an international, multi-disciplinary team, you will use your people skills to work closely with Accenture and client colleagues in onshore and offshore locations across the globe. Your ability to build strong relationships with client stakeholders, will help you to deliver and create future value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive profitable and successful delivery of Accenture’s major Guidewire projects
  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs leading multi-stream, multi-vendor delivery teams across onshore & offshore models, ensuring delivery excellence across scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk management
  • Act as primary engagement lead and escalation point for senior client stakeholders
  • Drive program governance, steering committees and executive level communication
  • Provide hands-on leadership and oversight for Guidewire architecture, configuration, integrations and data migration, partnering with solution architects to produce ensure scalable, secure and future ready solutions
  • Guide teams on Guidewire best practices and contribute to Guidewire practice
  • Lead discovery, roadmap definition, business case development for Guidewire transformations
  • Support RFPs and other pre-sales activities including proposals, estimation, solution shaping, proof-of-concepts and client presentations
  • Knowledge of Accenture’s AI agenda and ability to work in AI enabled environments.

Job Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Guidewire experience and relevant experience in Insurance domain
  • Good understanding of regulatory & compliance initiatives to ensure business and system processes adhere to required standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project environments
