As a Sr. Partner Solutions Architect on the Amazon Leo Partner Services (ALPS) team, you will play a critical role in helping Amazon Leo’s global distribution partners successfully onboard, integrate, and launch satellite internet service in their contracted territories. You will serve as a technical advisor and trusted guide, helping partners architect scalable and secure solutions using Amazon Leo’s APIs, AWS services, and industry-standard practices, particularly across telecommunications systems such as BSS (Business Support Systems), OSS (Operations Support Systems), and Network Infrastructure.
You will work closely with internal Amazon Leo engineering, product, and program management teams to drive partner success through architecture reviews, solution planning, implementation support, and ongoing technical enablement. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role that blends systems integration, cloud architecture, and partner-facing technical leadership.
Key job responsibilities
Technical Leadership
* Design scalable partner integration architectures using Amazon Leo’s cloud-native APIs and guide partners through integration of BSS/OSS systems with Amazon Leo backend services
* Contribute code to the Amazon Leo DevKit used by partners for systems integration
* Lead technical discovery sessions to gather partner requirements
* Ensure architectures meet reliability, security, and operational requirements
* Develop reusable patterns, integration playbooks, and best practices
* Provide hands-on technical guidance across the full onboarding lifecycle
Partner Engagement
* Act as the lead technical point of contact for strategic distribution partners
* Support implementation planning, technical reviews, and milestone execution
* Provide clear guidance on API usage, data flows, authentication, and integration patterns
* Enable partners to launch with confidence through deep solution engagement
* Capture and escalate partner feedback to drive continuous product improvement
Cross-Team Collaboration
* Work closely with Amazon Leo product, engineering, and TPM teams to resolve integration issues
* Coordinate across time zones to ensure consistent global partner support
* Influence internal roadmaps based on partner needs and integration friction
* Support business development and partner operations teams with technical insight
Technical Enablement
* Create architecture diagrams, documentation, and reference implementations
* Deliver technical enablement sessions for partner engineering and operations teams
* Conduct solution and readiness reviews prior to partner launch
* Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practice libraries
A day in the life
This role requires close collaboration with partners across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia along with the flexibility to support high-touch engagements in a global context. You’ll also work closely with team members supporting LATAM and APAC to help develop and scale our global partner practice. The Amazon Leo Partner Services (ALPS) team is a globally diverse team which owns the onboarding, integration, and enablement of Amazon Leo’s global distributors. We work with telecom operators and regional service providers to help them deliver satellite internet to their customers. Our mission is to make Amazon Leo partnerships frictionless, scalable, and successful through technical excellence and deep collaboration.
This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
