Description

Amazon is creating a portfolio of private brands in grocery across a wide range of categories and quality tiers. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our WW Grocery Stores Private Brands to drive end-to-end commercialization and launch execution for complex product categories. In this role, you will own the launch roadmap, drive continuous improvement, and partner across functions to deliver high-quality, on-time launches at scale. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, influencing Director, VP, and SVP-level goals while building the systems and processes that make launches repeatable and defect-free.

The successful candidate must be able to work in an ambiguous but collegial environment where teamwork across functions is critical. You will have a high degree of ownership and integrity, be an independent self-starter with strong entrepreneurial drive.


Key job responsibilities
• Own end-to-end commercialization and launch roadmaps for complex categories, including milestone scheduling, progress tracking, and status reporting against planned deliverables
• Develop and manage risk, issue, and action logs; proactively escalate signals and act to maintain roadmap health
• Lead launch deviation deep dives to identify root causes and drive resolution
• Contribute to Director, VP, and SVP-level Kingpin launch goals
• Monitor launch metrics and deliver clear, timely reporting on progress, risks, and issues to leaders, project members, and stakeholders
• Own continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives, driving measurable gains in launch quality and efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, collaboration, and organization-wide sharing of lessons learned
• Produce key communications including regular status updates, white paper analyses, and executive-level briefings on overall program progress, risks, and issues
