WW Last Mile are looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organisation. We are looking for someone to support the Director of our International Delivery Service Partner (DSP) teams at our head office in London.

The DSP Organisation is responsible for leading the growing network of Delivery Partners that power Amazon's in-house last mile delivery service across Europe, building and implementing product, program, and tech solutions that improve the experience for both delivery Business Owners and Drivers. The team reports into the WW Last Mile Product teams in Seattle, but also works directly with operational leadership across Europe, and as a result this role has high exposure to a number of different parts of Amazon.

You will report to the Director of DSP International and in addition to calendar and travel management, will be responsible for leading the planning and organising of events of all sizes, playing a large part in building a world class team environment for >500 people spread across multiple geographies.

Key job responsibilities
• Management of multiple complex calendars across time zones and coordinate meetings and conference calls
• Extensive travel coordination (international and domestic)
• Expense Reimbursement
• Organizing, prioritizing and appropriately handling time-sensitive, confidential information and ensuring action/attention required is addressed
• Large event coordination (including organizational all-meetings, off-sites, and morale events)
• Project/program management: Support annual operational planning process, business planning, performance review cycles
• Serve as a business partner ensuring strategic, proactive and thoughtful support of the business cycle
• Creating and implementing processes and mechanisms for running the business
• Document and Power Point creation, editing and proofing
• Space planning
• Provide additional support to the extended management team as needed.
