This position sits within Sales Enablement, Pricing & Transformation, which is a part of the broader Global Commercial Services (GCS) organization focused on building & deploying capabilities to support frontline Sales/Account Development colleagues globally for both the GCS and International Card Services (ICS) businesses. The Contracts & Pricing Capability team is focused on driving and retaining the business of our top Commercial clients by providing robust & flexible digital solutions to manage complex contractual agreements throughout their lifecycle.

Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
- Substantial Product Ownership & Development in building and launching capabilities and working in partnership with Legal, Pricing, Product, Operation & Compliance teams.
- High degree of experience in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles, writing user stories, managing delivery timelines and acceptance testing.
- Extensive experience with corporate client incentive pricing, especially in EMEA and APAC regions.
- Ability to decompose abstract information into relevant and detailed business features.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and needing to make decisions with imperfect information.
- Demonstrated experience in product management, strategy, or related discipline, with a track record of driving measurable business impact.
- Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous initiatives and translate strategy into execution at scale.
- Strong general management orientation, with comfort operating across strategy, product, commercial, and operational dimensions.
Work Arrangement: This role may be filled as either virtual or hybrid, depending on the selected candidate’s location and business needs. Candidates who live within
commuting distance of a company office may be designated as hybrid and generally will be expected to work from the office three days per week. Candidates who do not live within commuting distance of a company office may be eligible for a virtual work arrangement, subject to company policy, business needs, and
applicable law. Final work arrangement will be confirmed during the hiring process.

As a Senior Manager of Digital Product Development driving the enablement and adoption of Contracts & Pricing capability use cases, you will partner closely with Enterprise teams across Pricing, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Technologies and Servicing, as well as interface with our external partners.
We’re looking for a high caliber individual able to work as part of team of Contracts & Pricing product specialists to deliver on the following goals and objectives:
- Lead ongoing management and evolution of Contracts & Pricing Conga Contract Management capability including requirements gathering & grooming, feature prioritization and management of product backlog, working closely with the technology team to develop, test, deliver the defined capabilities, and rapidly iterate innovative solutions.
- Support overall product management efforts including tracking project status, managing, and escalating risks and issues.
- Manage specific tracks of product /capability development efforts from ideation to launch and maintenance.
- Perform Demos and Launch Announcements with key team members to demonstrate success and metrics of improvement.
- Provide training & reporting, develop documentation and share subject matter expertise related to product usage & contracting.
- Support with audit reviews & control environment enhancements.
- Lead internal add-in maintenance and updates for stakeholders and colleagues.
- Maintain visibility into E2E pricing to contracts and payments context
- Partnering with use case owners across the Contracts & Pricing spectrum as well as related stakeholders to bring seamless end to end experience for sales, pricing and legal colleagues.
