This role owns the Payroll and Benefits product portfolio within the Oracle HCM ecosystem, ensuring reliable, compliant, and colleague-centric experiences.

Critical Factors to Success:
• Oracle Payroll, and Benefits experience required.
• Product Management experience in enterprise HR technology.
• Knowledge of payroll operations and benefits administration.
• Strong risk and compliance mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Global payroll experience.
• Vendor and integration management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise transformations.

• Define and execute Payroll and Benefit product strategy.
• Lead Oracle Payroll and Benefits roadmap and modernization.
• Drive automation, simplification, and process optimization.
• Balance compliance, risk, operational excellence, and colleague experience.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Technology and Compliance leaders.
• Define operational and experience-based success metrics.
