The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join us and support leaders and teams in our North Advisory Portfolio to cover a 12-month period, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and key activities are delivered on time. You may be based in either our Leeds or Manchester office on a hybrid basis!
As a PA within the team, you will manage diaries, meetings and logistics, preparing agendas, minute taking and capturing actions. You will be a key point of contact, coordinating communications and building effective relationships across the business. You will prepare and format documents, presentations and correspondence. Maintaining accurate records and filing systems, support reporting and information management. Including handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Is this role right for you?
The role as a PA offers you variety and exposure to other elements of our business such as team coordination and event planning. You will support people process as required (e.g., recruitment administration, onboarding of new members, CRM and expenses input) in line with leadership needs. You will also have the opportunity to support work winning activities where required and support commercial tracking of budgets, passing on invoices for payment and chasing for financial updates.
We are seeking the following skills and attributes:
Strong knowledge of office administration practices and procedures with a strong digital capability, including proficiency in common office software and collaboration tools.
Flexible and adaptable individual who is highly organised with strong planning, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to build positive stakeholder relationships and enhance the reputation of the business.
Level 4 qualification in Business Administration and Management (or equivalent experience/qualifications) is desirable.
