The Opportunities
We are looking to grow our project Management capability and have exciting opportunities for Project Managers to join our established and growing Programme & Project Management (PPM) team in London. You will be part of a diverse team responsible for the delivery of our project and programme management commissions across all our markets and clients, with an initial primary focus on the delivery of building projects.
We are seeking project managers from assistant project managers to those who are looking to take the next step in their career, gaining greater ownership, developing delivery expertise, and working on a range of high-impact projects.
As a Project Manager, you will support the delivery of projects for major clients, working across the project lifecycle from definition and design through procurement, construction, commissioning and handover. You will be able to lead smaller standalone projects or workstreams within larger projects or programmes and take day‑to‑day accountability for delivery performance. You will combine organisation, clear communication and a collaborative approach with the ability to apply project management good practice in a practical and delivery-focused way. You are likely to be working towards membership of a relevant professional body, such as APM, RICS, ICE, RIBA or CIOB.
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the delivery of projects and programmes for major clients, working as part of a collaborative team across a range of infrastructure and built environment commissions. You will contribute to planning, coordination and communication, helping teams deliver high-quality outcomes and positive client experiences. These roles will suit individuals with early project delivery experience who are keen to develop a career in project management. You will bring an interest in applying project management good practice and continuing to build your skills through experience and professional development.

Are these roles right for you?
We are keen to hear from project managers who can support the day-to-day delivery of projects across the lifecycle, working within established project processes and standards. Individuals with a background in supporting project briefs, delivery strategies, governance activities and gateway processes, with guidance from more senior colleagues where needed.
You will be able to demonstrate your understanding, skills and experience in the following areas:
A degree in relevant discipline and/or working towards membership of a relevant professional body, such as APM, RICS, ICE, RIBA or CIOB.
Coordinating inputs across cost, schedule, procurement, health and safety, reporting, quality and planning to support effective project delivery. Contributing to planning, coordination and action tracking to support delivery to time, cost and quality expectations.
Monitoring schedules, risks, interdependencies and key relationships, and highlighting issues clearly to the wider project team. Including supporting contract administration and contractor coordination using established processes and standard forms of contract.
Managing straightforward project tasks or low-risk packages of work with guidance from more senior colleagues.
