The Opportunity
Help shape the future of sustainability at Arup.
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our global Marketing, Communications and Business Development (MCBD) team, supporting Arup’s Environment, Climate & Sustainability (ECS) Services. This is an exciting opportunity to raise the profile of our sustainability expertise, strengthen client engagement, and help deliver impactful marketing campaigns across global markets.
Working closely with the Global ECS Marketing Lead and a worldwide network of technical experts and marketing professionals, the Marketing Coordinator will support the delivery of strategic marketing and communications activities that enhance Arup’s reputation and promote our thought leadership in sustainability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering integrated marketing and communications campaigns aligned to global business priorities.
- Creating engaging content for websites, social media, thought leadership, client materials and industry publications.
- Supporting speaking opportunities, awards submissions, email marketing and external profile-raising initiatives.
- Coordinating global marketing programmes and collaborating with internal stakeholders across regions.
- Identifying new opportunities to strengthen Arup’s presence with key clients and target markets.
Is This Role Right for You?
You will be passionate about sustainability and bring marketing experience, ideally within a professional services, engineering, technical or B2B environment.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns, content creation and digital marketing activities.
Excellent writing, editing and communication skills. - Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Sustainability, Environment or a related discipline is desirable, along with relevant professional qualifications.
