The Opportunity

Our Data & AI team helps clients turn data into better decisions, improved services and measurable outcomes. We combine consulting, analytical and technical expertise to help organisations understand their challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver practical solutions. Working across a range of sectors, we support clients with data strategy, analytics, insight generation, digital transformation and the responsible adoption of emerging technologies, helping them realise greater value from their data and information assets.

• Support the delivery of data, analytics and AI projects, helping clients solve business and operational challenges through the effective use of data.
• Analyse and interpret data from a range of sources to identify trends, generate insights and support evidence-based decision making.
• Work collaboratively with clients and multidisciplinary teams to gather requirements, understand business needs and develop practical solutions.
• Prepare reports, presentations and visualisations that communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to business development, research and innovation activities, supporting proposals, thought leadership and the development of new data-driven services.

Is this role right for you?

For this opportunity, we are seeking the following qualifications, skills and attributes:

An undergraduate or bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, such as Data Science / Engineering, Computer Science (including Cybersecurity), Mathematics or Physics.

Skills we are looking for: Analytical thinking; Problem solving; Communication and presentation skills; Stakeholder engagement; Teamwork; Data interpretation; Critical thinking; Attention to detail; Adaptability; Time management; Structured approach to work; Curiosity and continuous improvement; Data quality awareness; Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Technical skills: Understanding of data analysis, statistics or quantitative methods; Familiarity with data visualisation and reporting; Awareness of data management, governance and information management principles; Exposure to programming, scripting or analytical tools; Understanding of databases and data structures; Interest in AI, machine learning or advanced analytics.

To be considered for a graduate opportunity, your application must include a copy of your academic transcript and meet the following criteria:

• Full working rights in the country of application
• No more than 12 months of full-time experience in a comparable role
• Recently graduated, or on track to graduate, from your most recent degree, related to your role of choice, before employment starts.
