The Opportunity
We are seeking expressions of interest from talented railway professionals who would like to join our growing Rail business.
With opportunities across our UK offices, we are looking to connect with individuals passionate about delivering sustainable, innovative and technically excellent rail solutions. Whether your expertise lies in engineering, design, project delivery, systems, operations, planning or consulting, we would be delighted to hear from you.
As our rail portfolio continues to expand, we are particularly interested in professionals who can contribute to multidisciplinary projects across the full project lifecycle. You will collaborate with industry-leading specialists, work on nationally significant programmes and help clients deliver safer, more efficient and sustainable transport networks.

Track / Permanent Way Engineering
Rail Systems Engineering
Signalling and Train Control Systems
Electrification and Plant (OLE)
Rail Operations and Planning
Systems Integration and Digital Railway

What We're Looking For
We would be interested in hearing from candidates with some of the following skills and experience:
Experience delivering rail infrastructure projects across the design and delivery lifecycle.
Expertise in one or more rail disciplines, including Track (Permanent Way), Civil Engineering, Structures, Signalling, Rail Systems, Electrification & Plant (OLE), Stations, Rail Operations, Systems Integration or Project Delivery.
Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and coordinating technical interfaces across disciplines.
Knowledge of Network Rail standards, RSSB standards, railway assurance processes and relevant industry regulations.
Experience supporting major rail enhancement, renewal, depot, station, electrification or systems programmes.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, project partners and colleagues.
Experience leading technical work packages, projects or engineering teams.
A relevant degree, professional qualification or industry accreditation.
Chartered status, or progress towards professional registration, would be advantageous for senior-level opportunities.
