Role Description As a Graduate Procurement Associate, you will engage with stakeholders across all business units to help develop and deliver global procurement strategies. You will support negotiations for both existing and new contracts, ensuring the business achieves the best balance of cost and service while striving for world-class procurement solutions. The role involves managing supplier relationships to maintain professional and effective partnerships, supported by appropriate performance metrics. You will also undertake operational procurement activities, including requisition and invoice approvals, and gain exposure to all stages of the project lifecycle, from stakeholder engagement and demand management through to sourcing, tendering, and contract negotiation. This is an excellent opportunity to build a broad range of procurement and commercial skills within a dynamic and collaborative environment. | Qualification requirements | As a minimum requirement you must have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or a pass at Master’s level in the following subjects: Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Data & Analytics or Technology. |
