PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £45,000 - £47,000 plus £5441 London Weighting, depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team working at the forefront of the entertainment and television industry. This is an opportunity to shape the look and feel of high-impact marketing campaigns and iconic brands for some of the most talked-about television shows in the world.
WHY JOIN THE TEAM
As a Senior Graphic Designer on our team, you’ll lead visual storytelling across brand identities, campaign key art, and immersive event spaces. This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for design & art direction, a passion for entertainment, and the ability to bring big ideas to life from pitch to final execution.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:
- Lead branding and visual identity development for television shows, related marketing campaigns and trade events launching these shows.
- Create high-impact key art concepts, related visuals and campaign assets for use across print, digital, and out-of-home platforms.
- Generate bold, original art direction ideas for new TV shows and drive them through from concept to final production (with the help of experienced creatives, re-touchers, and artworkers).
- Develop mock-ups and pre-visualisations to present key art creative ideas for client approval and internal pitches.
- Design creative assets and visual environments for events and trade shows, including large-format graphics, digital screens, and immersive experiences.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, creatives, re-touchers, art workers, motion designers, and production teams.
- Be the one who combines the creatives team’s response to a creative brief by creating Presentation Decks that are crystal clear, perfectly formatted, filled with precise art direction, seductive mock ups and just the right amount of words – so we can present creative with confidence to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Proven expertise in senior design roles within entertainment, media, or creative industries, with a track record of leading high-profile projects and translating briefs into strong visual concepts and storytelling.
- A standout portfolio demonstrating branding, visual identity, campaign design, and high‑quality, concept‑led execution.
- Strong art direction skills adaptable across branding, campaigns, environments, and multi‑channel outputs.
- Advanced graphic design craft, including typography, layout, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy.
- Skilled in mock‑ups and pre‑visualisation to clearly communicate and sell creative direction.
- Confident communicator and presenter, able to explain creative thinking and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools.
DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
- Strong interest in TV, film and storytelling
- Motion design or 3D skills are a plus but not mandatory.
- Understanding of marketing and social media asset/format requirements.
- Experience in event or experiential design is beneficial.
