We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Reporting/Performance to join our team. This role location in London.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Monitor and report on client portfolio performance.
  • Own online tools and reporting platform; troubleshoot and manage any issues with the platform.
  • Answer escalated inquiries from clients regarding risk management, asset allocation, and portfolio performance measured against their peers.
  • Apply industry research to predict future industry trends.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced Client Reporting associates on portfolio performance reporting and client guidance in risk management and portfolio allocation.
  • Serve as the organization’s expert regarding different product lines and respond to escalated inquiries.
  • Maintain the online platform utilized by clients to generate reports on their portfolios and portfolio performance.
  • Implement improvements to systems and train clients on report production.
  • Listen to and evaluate client concerns and needs, developing plans to improve client experience.
  • Publish white papers on industry trends and report on areas where revenues from products and product capabilities can be expanded.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced Client Reporting and Performance staff as needed.
  • Contribute to the achievement of team goals.
  • May have people management responsibilities in some geographies.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in trading or brokerage preferred.
  • People leadership experience where applicable.
