We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Savings Operations Specialist join our BNY Pershing organisation. This role is located in Manchester.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Processing ISA subscriptions accurately and in line with regulatory requirements
- Calculating and processing payments in a timely and precise manner
- Processing cash receipts for investments
- Reviewing static data and making necessary amendments to ensure data integrity
- Supporting regulatory reporting activities (preferred but not essential)
- Handling deceased account processing (preferred but not essential)
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising across internal teams
- Strong listening skills and the ability to follow defined procedures and controls
- A calm, positive approach when working under time pressure or high volumes
- Proficient IT skills, with experience of investment platforms and back‑office systems
- Essential: demonstrable experience working with ISAs in a UK wealth / investment operations environment
