We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Service Management, to join our GLOBAL CLEARING team. This role is in Manchester.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Be a trusted point of contact for clients, taking ownership of moderately complex day‑to‑day service matters and ensuring timely, high‑quality resolution
- Partner closely with clients and internal teams across the firm to understand client needs and deliver solutions aligned with BNY’s commercial strategy
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, supporting initiatives that enhance service quality, efficiency, and digital adoption
- Build strong internal networks, acting as a connector across business partners to drive seamless client outcomes
- Deliver exceptional client service across products and services, consistently meeting client expectations and strengthening long‑term relationships
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Fluency in German and English, with additional languages considered a strong advantage
- Experience in a client‑facing role or a solid understanding of financial markets and related products
- Adaptability and flexibility, enabling you to perform effectively in a dynamic, evolving environment
- A strong risk awareness mindset, combined with sound judgment and attention to detail
- Curiosity and a growth mindset, with a genuine willingness to continuously invest in your own development
