We’re seeking a future team member for the role of SIPP Administrator. This role is located in Manchester.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Setting up and maintaining member records, and issuing welcome information
- Processing contributions accurately and on time
- Calculating and processing pension benefits
- Paying benefits via payroll systems and monitoring ongoing pension cases
- Completing bank reconciliations and managing payment processing
- Calculating death benefits
- Supporting annual activities and projects, including tax code uplifts, regulatory reporting, and residency tax status updates
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong listening skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- A calm, positive approach, even under pressure
- Proficient IT skills
- Essential pension qualifications and/or demonstrable pensions experience
