We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Billing Representative to join our Client Billing team. This role is located in Manchester.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Support the end-to-end billing process within a strong control and governance framework.
- Help manage the setup, review, and maintenance of billable products and services, ensuring fees are accurately captured and implemented in billing systems.
- Build working knowledge of Asset Servicing products and services, including Custody, Accounting, Performance and Risk Analytics, Transfer Agency, Derivative Services, and Regulatory Reporting from a Billing perspective.
- Investigate and respond to billing-related queries and help ensure invoices are issued accurately and on time to clients.
- Assist with reducing unbilled, resolving delayed invoice issues, and producing reporting and management information for senior leadership.
- Partner closely with Product, Pricing, Relationship Teams, Finance, and other Client Billing teams to prevent revenue leakage and support effective revenue capture.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong Asset Servicing or operational background would be desirable.
Effective written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to communicate with our stakeholders globally and team members.
Experience of using Microsoft Office products, in particular utilizing Excel spreadsheets. Experience using advanced functions would be desirable.
Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload.
Understanding of the high-stakes nature of the financial services environment and can confidently navigate the varying demands of the role.
