You will shape compelling multimedia storytelling experiences for our global learners. Working closely with diverse stakeholders, you'll be a part of projects from initial concept discussions through production, managing external vendors, coordinating recording sessions, and ensuring timely delivery. Your creativity and technical expertise will drive the development of impactful video, audio, and interactive projects, enhancing learning experiences across our global organization.

YOU’RE GOOD AT

Multimedia Content & Development

  • Leading end-to-end execution of multimedia learning projects—including video, audio, and interactive storytelling experiences, from concept through delivery.
  • Translating learning objectives and complex business topics into concise, engaging scripts and story arcs that quickly hook the audience, communicate a clear core message, and sustain learner attention.
  • Applying strong communications and audience engagement principles, understanding what captures attention, how to structure a compelling opening, and how to deliver key messages clearly and efficiently without losing focus.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to shape compelling story concepts that enhance learning engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Facilitating or independently shooting, recording, and editing high-quality video and audio content, both in studio-style environments and on-location, ensuring strong visual composition, sound quality, and narrative flow.
  • Editing or providing detailed editorial feedback to ensure final products meet creative, instructional, and brand standards.

Scalable Video Enablement & Coaching

  • Designing and implementing scalable frameworks, guidelines, and toolkits that enable stakeholders to self-record high-quality video using accessible tools (e.g., smartphones).
  • Coaching contributors on on-camera presence, framing, lighting, audio setup, and delivery techniques to elevate authenticity and professionalism.
  • Editing and refining self-recorded content into polished final products aligned with learning and brand standards.

Project & Vendor Management

  • Managing multiple multimedia projects simultaneously, maintaining clear timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Coordinating external production vendors to ensure high-quality output, adherence to budget and timelines, and strong creative collaboration.
  • Overseeing production logistics, including scheduling, recording coordination, asset tracking, review cycles, and seamless handoffs across all phases of production.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

  • Partnering closely with internal stakeholders across functions and geographies to understand needs and define project scope.
  • Communicating clearly and proactively to manage expectations, provide status updates, and resolve challenges.
  • Building trusted relationships with contributors, subject matter experts, and production partners.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of professional experience producing multimedia content in corporate, agency, media, or learning environments.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end multimedia projects, including conceptualization, scripting, recording, editing, and final delivery.
  • Strong scriptwriting and copywriting skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Experience directing or guiding recording sessions and collaborating closely with production vendors.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in video production and editing, including filming, lighting, sound capture, and post-production using industry-standard tools.
  • Demonstrated understanding of communications and audience engagement principles, with the ability to craft clear, compelling key messages for video and multimedia formats.
  • Experience developing and implementing scalable approaches to self-recorded video production and coaching non-professional contributors
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
