Project Manager – EW High Potential Journey

Location: Anywhere within continental Europe West

Role Summary

The Project Manager – EW High Potential Journey will play a pivotal role in accelerating the development of EY’s High Potential and Leadership Development programs across the EW region. This position is designed to ensure alignment of initiatives at both global and country levels, fostering collaboration and harmonizing curricula to maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of EW High Potential and Leadership Development programs, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and local needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with EW Leadership Excellence teams and country leadership to harmonize initiatives, reduce duplication, and share best practices.
  • Process Optimization: Drive efficiency by streamlining program delivery and leveraging synergies across regions.
  • Data & Insights: Monitor program effectiveness through KPIs and feedback, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Communication & Engagement: Develop clear communication strategies to promote program adoption and engagement among stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience, minimum 3 years, in project management, preferably within leadership development or talent management programs.
  • Strong understanding of leadership development frameworks and high potential identification processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across diverse geographies.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
