Position Summary:

The position is responsible for developing and managing good client relationships with key SLs/SRs/Talent Function

stakeholders, overseeing a portfolio of client reports, dashboards, and insights, and delivering actionable analysis that addresses client needs. They are required to demonstrate good HR knowledge, technical knowledge and
business awareness to provide their allocated client portfolio with high quality reports and analysis and lead the
build and maintenance of critical people insights dashboards. The objective is to provide rich talent insights that address key strategic questions, leveraging both internal and external data and intelligence to support better
decision making.


Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Manage relationships with allocated “client/s”, developing strong partnerships across the business to
  • understand client needs and strategic objectives to ensure alignment with TI&A services and deliver complex messages and insights, serving as their primary point of contact for insights and analytics.
  • Manage a portfolio of client reports, dashboards, and insights, ensuring timely delivery and relevance to client
  • requirements
  • Act as an extended member of the internal client leadership team, contributing insights and recommendations
  • that support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with clients to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that drive business outcomes.
    Conduct thorough analysis using internal and external data intelligence to provide actionable insights that
  • address client questions and needs
  • Drive effective data analysis, visualisation & presentation (with client) and leverage advanced analytical
  • techniques to identifying significant trends or key issues and provide recommendations,
  • Oversee delivery of projects for new enhancements
    Responsibility for ensuring complex ‘ad hoc’ requirements are addressed promptly and accurately.
    Serve as a liaison to Talent Functions, Talent Delivery Solutions, and Employee Technology (ET), ensuring
  • alignment and integration of insights across the organization.
  • Input into global projects to provide data and reporting requirements that support broader organizational
  • initiatives.
  • Join SL/Talent Function Communities of Practice and TIA CoPs to share knowledge, best practices, and insights.
    Contribute to discussions and initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of the TI&A team and its offerings.
    Ensure that clients understand the scope of services provided by Global TI&A and the associated ways of
  • working and educate clients on available resources and tools to maximize the value of TI&A services.
  • Collaborate with Data and Insights team to build and enable services at scale.
    Work on data insights projects effectively, leveraging deep project experience and insight to optimize project
  • delivery, identify risks and appropriate mitigation strategies, consulting with leaders as needed.
  • Support Business Partnering Lead to manage the TI&A roadmap and ensuring alignment with overall Talent
  • Function roadmaps
  • Support the deployment on new products and service offerings, serves as change lead interacting with
  • stakeholders
  • Participate in strategy discussions translating into actionable measurement
    Expertise across multiple projects or programmes simultaneously, supporting the teams on their requirements
  • gathering, design, change or implementation approach. May conduct one-off business research and analysis tasks related to programme or project scope.

Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements and agree insights designs across business stakeholders, dealing with different interests
  • and resolving disagreements and conflicts, and sometimes needing to challenge poor requirements and design decisions.
  • For allocated stakeholder portfolio, execute the team’s decisions to define, delivery and continuously improve
  • the process.
  • Translate complex analytical results into insights and actionable recommendations
    Share market insights and review findings with key stakeholders/networks influencing change as required.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Good business acumen – ability to understand data analytics landscape and to consider the functionality and
  • integration requirements in line with the analytical and reporting capabilities required to implement strategic priorities.
  • Proactive consulting skills that drive business impact; able to interpret business requirements and, where prioritized, co-create the most relevant & pragmatic approach

  • Due to global nature of the role; travel and willingness to work alternative hours will be required

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Data and Technology background preferred (Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering)
  • Higher professional or master’s qualification is preferred, not required

Certification Requirements:

  • Higher professional or master’s qualification in a related discipline is preferred, not required
  • Active membership in related professional bodies or industry groups is preferred, not required

Experience:

  • Significant experience in a closely related Data analytics / data / insights driven role.
  • Experience in solving problems in a structured manner and delivering results in a complex and dynamic environment
  • Experience of developing digital capability, defining key digital competencies for the team, and ensuring provision of learning to advance skills.
  • Demonstrable experience of collaborating with talent colleagues to understand needs / requirements and of shaping digital solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience of working with third party vendors / external system implementors to deliver reporting, insights, and analytical solutions from design to enablement.
  • Experience of leading and participating in global dispersed teams to enhance services, processes, and standards.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments to deliver required results.
    Demonstrable experience of anticipating issues and challenges and proactively working to navigate challenges.
    Experience of conducting internal and external research and analysis, providing best practices and insights to drive improvements.
  • Demonstrable experience of having worked to lead or provide SMR advice to achieve successful change outcomes.
