Job Description Summary
This process‑focused role partners closely with the commercial sales and asset recovery teams to ensure trade‑in quotes are accurately aligned with customer opportunities and executed in full compliance with contractual terms and conditions. The role also collaborates with IT teams to address tool enhancements and defects, ensuring systems integrate effectively to support the trade‑in quoting and recovery processes.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Supports the internal Ultrasound and Imaging sales team, confirming trade-in values for GEHC and Non-GEHC medical equipment, and resolving trade-in value discrepancies
Provide quoting support for sales opportunities involving trade‑in assets.
Respond to trade‑in valuation escalations, ensuring all compliance requirements are followed and escalating requests appropriately.
Resolve system type discrepancies by reviewing assets in the trade‑in tool’s “quarantine” bucket to ensure accurate system valuation.
Guide sales users on processes required to correctly add and manage trade‑in assets.
Apply working knowledge of medical devices to research installed‑base data, identify system configurations, and determine characteristics that influence valuation and disposition.
Assist GEHC team members with trade‑related inquiries and cross-functional needs.
Expedite trade‑in request escalations tied to rush sales orders.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelors degree with minimum of 4 years experience in operational support in a relevant field e.g., sales, supply chain, logistics, operations, analytics, or project management
Minimum of 2 years working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
Working knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
Desired Characteristics
Master’s degree
Lean Six Sigma certification
Strong Healthcare product knowledge
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Experience interfacing and presenting to leadership
Robust interpersonal skills, with evidence of teamwork and collaboration
Ability to manage and prioritize several parallel projects, teams, timelines and operational mechanisms
Flexible remote work schedule, able to adjust availability to work with international teams
