Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. product marketing, trade, social brand marketing).
- Experience in end-to-end campaign management, including creative and media, with a focus on digital and social media.
- Experience driving research, insights, and data analysis.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working directly with creators and the creator economy.
- Experience working on public policy and responsibility topics, including designing, developing, and executing marketing programs in collaboration with government or policy-focused organizations.
- Experience running events and engaging with individuals and organizations, such as Keys Opinion Formers (KOFs) and creators.
- Experience in performance or growth marketing, including proficiency in marketing analysis, metric analysis, measurement and experimentation to optimize campaign performance and drive incremental impact at scale.
- Understanding of the political landscape and the ability to work with public policy teams to create and execute marketing strategies that protect brand reputation.

As the Marketing Manager on the UK YouTube Marketing team, you will support the YouTube flywheel by engaging creators and helping to ensure the company's license to operate. In this role, you will drive creator marketing campaigns and responsibility initiatives in the UK, which includes leading key creator and responsibility programs, campaigns and events, including many UK cultural moments. You will manage the efficient delivery and execution of marketing campaigns and experiments, oversee performance tracking, and collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Responsibilities
- Drive the go-to-market strategy for key products and features, executing innovative marketing campaigns to increase education, engagement, and product adoption. Help solve complex problems by understanding detailed insights and wider implications.
- Act as a subject matter expert, knowing the latest industry trends and utilizing your comprehensive knowledge of YouTube's core products, user insights, and brand marketing strategy to influence stakeholders and partners.
- Track, distill, and optimize the performance of campaign launches via data analysis and experimentation to ensure the greatest incremental impact for the creator ecosystem. Identify and propose new opportunities beyond your usual scope of expertise.
- Plan and execute priority creator programs, campaigns and events, such as Creator Collectives and major UK cultural moment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Government Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP), to align resources and manage competing stakeholder interests.
