Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in search and performance advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media, AI, or marketing role
  • Experience identifying and recommending product improvements.
  • Understanding of the role Search+ products play in marketing strategies and of what differentiates Search+ solutions from other digital performance marketing solutions.
  • Ability to assess and solve client needs via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and competitive selling.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to interact in this customer-facing role.

In this role, you will partner closely with many of the world’s largest and most complex advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. You will enjoy a bird’s eye view on the transformation occurring within digital performance advertising and are uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow and transform their businesses in the age of AI. You will advise clients on Google's broad range of AI powered performance products (Search, PMax, DemGen and Apps) and help them connect instantly with customers to drive business outcomes. You will grow the customer business through the adoption and sophisticated use of the AI powered performance (Search+) products.
Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business objectives, goals and challenges.
  • Act as an expert seller, comfortable challenging customer assumptions and status quo thinking, to drive decisive action and high-impact business results
  • Apply knowledge of the AI powered Search+ products and value levers, to help drive performance outcomes, support the demand-led growth and maximise business opportunity.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities across top advertisers, prioritise high-impact workstreams, handle objections, competitively position Google in the digital performance market and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Consult with executive stakeholders to achieve business and marketing goals, utilize Google’s AI powered performance and marketing solutions.
