Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in film production, video content creation, or creative direction within an agency or in-house brand team.
- 4 years of experience leading and managing creative teams or production crews.
- Experience with end-to-end production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing creative professionals under tight deadlines.
- Expertise in managing social video production and develop content for platforms such as YouTube.
- Proficiency across the full production life-cycle.
- Understanding of film production, graphic design, and post-production technologies.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional creativity and storytelling ability across video and potentially other formats.
- Ability to rethink the creative and production process by leveraging our frontier AI models.

As part of the Global Marketing team, you plan requirements with internal customers and/or external agencies and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-format content strategy to promote the brand in the AI space.
- Lead the end-to-end production of high-impact video content from initial ideation and scripting to shooting and editing.
- Act as a constant source of creativity, pitching ambitious and unconventional content ideas that capture the public's imagination.
- Work with other creative leads, establish the tone, mood, and aesthetic style of films and video media to ensure a cohesive, visual brand identity.
- Establish a long-term goal to build, lead, and mentor a team of in-house creators.
