In this role you would be supporting Leaders within the Global Product Strategy group who are accountable for assets in early development. You would be a critical member of the team and integral to bringing these medicines to patients who need them.

In this role you will
- Manage and maintain Vice Presidents schedules, appointments including travel arrangements
- Prepare and submit accurate expense reports as required.
- Manage diverse, routine and ad hoc administrative activities.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
- Draft and type memoranda, correspondence.
- File, retrieve documents and reference materials
- Manage special projects as agreed.
- Co-ordinate project-based work
- Effectively collaborate with the administrative team by positively impacting and contributing to the success of the team on an ongoing basis
- Serve as point of contact for the Centralized Administrative services team supporting the line of business

Basic Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant in a professional environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with managing IT solutions such as TeamSite’s/SharePoint
- Hands on attitude with a can-do approach
- Ability to project manage and to organize each working day to be effective as possible
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook)
- Good level of English, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and diplomacy required.
