Position Summary
You will lead commercial alliances across Southern Europe, working closely with internal teams and external partners. You will be a key member of the Alliance lead team as part of the Europe and International Region. You will shape joint commercial strategies, ensure delivery of agreed goals, and track performance. You will build trusted relationships and influence decisions across functions and countries. We value clear communication, collaboration, and a focus on positive patient impact. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Lead end-to-end commercial delivery for European alliance partnerships, from planning to performance review.
Align cross-functional teams including commercial, medical, market access, supply and legal to meet alliance goals.
Develop joint business plans, financial forecasts, and clear KPIs with partners and affiliates.
Monitor commercial performance and lead regular governance, reporting and corrective actions.
Identify market opportunities and risks across European markets and translate insights into action.
Build and maintain strong partner relationships and represent GSK in alliance forums.

Hybrid working applies to this role and it is based at our UK HQ, Central London. (2/3 days a week onsite). Expect regular collaboration with European country teams. (Travel 20-30%)
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Significant commercial experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or healthcare.
Proven experience managing external partnerships, alliances, or joint commercial ventures.
Strong track record of cross-functional work in a matrix organisation.
Commercial and analytical skills, with experience setting and tracking KPIs.
Fluent in English; additional European language skills are desirable.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
Postgraduate qualification such as MBA or relevant advanced degree.
Experience leading commercial activity across multiple European countries.
Experience with launch planning, pricing and market access considerations.
Experience negotiating commercial agreements or contractual terms.
Strong stakeholder influence, governance and senior-level presentation skills.
