We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Client Manager.
You’ll be responsible for Core Trade and Guarantees, farming activities for new and existing relationship, maximizing commercial profitability and relationship depth. You’ll provide consultative knowledge to Sales and Relationship Management teams, managing facilities with aim to manage risk while increasing the volume and value of Working Capital solutions. You’ll work closely with Sales Teams on the ground and is expected to cover any client related matter post Sales process and for the entirety of transaction life cycle.

In This Role You’ll
- Work closely with clients while building strong rapport internally with stakeholders such as Sales, Operations and Product providing high level of sector expertise and facility consultancy
- Contribute to the overall business objective of revenue growth through revenue retention, reduced sales time on service and onboarding and improve overall KPIs
- Take full ownership of clients’ transactional needs and have the flexibility and scope to draw on wide experience to resolve service issues
- Organise and lead internal/external stakeholder meetings and review project status against the plan; risk analyse roadblocks and identify timely resolution
- Undertake sector/portfolio planning, client monitoring and regular portfolio reviews for clients in conjunction with relevant business partners
- Develop effective strategies for maintaining and growing client portfolio income generation
- Aim to become subject matter expert for Core Trade and Guarantees while delivering client service excellence and be the single point of contact and trusted advisor for new and existing transactions
- Solid knowledge of Core Trade and Guarantees
- Keen interest to manage client portfolios and build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Understand end-to-end transaction process; be able to provide expert guidance for issue resolution
- Work independently and under pressure whilst using strong judgmental skills to identify and resolve complex problems, manage ambiguity, and adhere to timelines, ensuring high quality output
- A high level of communication skills both verbally and written
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Good MS Excel, PowerPoint skills; ability to manage complex data with aim to present senior stakeholders
