  • Use data, feedback and insights to continuously improve communication effectiveness, channels and content strategies

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Experience delivering internal communications within a complex, matrixed organisation, ideally at a global level
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
  • Ability to manage and influence stakeholders, including working with senior leaders
  • Experience supporting change and transformation initiatives through effective communication
  • Proactive and adaptable approach, with an interest in innovation and use of digital tools (including AI) to enhance communications
