We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Proposition Analyst.

This is a brand-new role that will offer you the opportunity to contribute to achieving our ambition of growing the Wealth division to being one of the top five Wealth Managers in the UK.

You’ll assess and analyse the implementation of new propositions, products, or services against existing products, services, and structures and identify any improvements or recommendations. You’ll also prioritise specific analysis activities for one or more projects, programmes, or value streams, and execute on each piece of work to a high standard

In This Role You’ll

  • Provide situational analysis for key implementation decisions and recommend the best way forward to maximise stakeholder value
  • Elicit, translate, and clarify business needs; define design options; convert into detailed functional requirements; manage requirements end-to-end (inception to retirement) with continuous improvement/re-use
  • Capture, analyse, and document business/IT processes; assess and improve them for the new product/service; analyse customer journeys and product features (current and future)
  • Support implementation readiness and piloting; contribute to change management (planning, tracking, stakeholder engagement) plus training and communications
  • Bring DevOps tooling expertise (Jenkins, Ansible), Agile/SAFe/Disciplined Agile practices, and help identify/manage bank risk exposure with senior colleagues

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • A background within financial services, ideally within wealth
  • Strong analytical capability with propositional and/or product experience
  • Proven Business Analyst experience delivering clear requirements and actionable insights
  • Confident stakeholder management across business, technology and delivery teams
  • Experience reviewing, mapping and designing end-to-end customer journeys
  • Able to translate customer and business needs into practical improvements that drive value
