  • Act as the key conduit into IWPB, anticipating strategic needs and converting demand signals into real estate requirements, options and recommendations.
  • Own portfolio reporting and insights, producing clear narratives and decision-ready materials for senior stakeholders to support footprint, investment and optimisation decisions
  • Drive strategic retail planning and IWPB integration activity impacting the retail footprint, aligning across channels/markets and balancing customer needs, cost, risk, and brand/format standards
  • Run governance and delivery oversight, including progressing the retail portfolio business case pipeline through RES/IWPB forums/systems and managing outsourced supplier performance for strategy/analytics/planning support

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills:

  • Extensive experience within Corporate Real Estate Services
  • Strategic mindset with strong understanding of the purpose, strategy and value of Real Estate Services in the wider business context.
  • Business partnering and senior stakeholder influence, with excellent communication skills to explain complex issues clearly and concisely
  • Strong analytical/consulting capability, using data to shape retail portfolio strategy and insights, with understanding of distribution/channel strategy and standards
  • Complex, multi-market initiative coordination, able to structure work, define outputs, and drive delivery through internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Governance, operating model and supplier oversight experience, including setting frameworks/ways of working and managing outsourced partner performance through to resolution (plus sound commercial acumen balancing cost, demand and service standards)
