As a Field Marketing Professional: Field Activation, you partner with business units, functions, geos, and markets to provide IBMers the knowledge, information, and clear calls to action needed to work effectively and deliver business results. You play a crucial role in building IBMers' belief in and advocacy for the IBM brand. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Develop Marketing Strategies: Design and manage marketing initiatives to educate and engage IBMers, driving business outcomes and brand advocacy. • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business units, functions, geos, and markets to understand their needs and develop targeted marketing programs. • Deliver Clear Communications: Provide clear calls to action and relevant information to IBMers, enabling them to work effectively and deliver business results. • Build Brand Advocacy: Foster a culture of brand advocacy among IBMers, promoting the IBM brand and values. • Optimize Marketing Programs: Continuously evaluate and refine marketing initiatives to ensure maximum impact and effectiveness.
