As a Business Transformation Consultant with expertise in Quality Engineering, you serve as a subject matter expert in testing, collaborating with clients or delivery leadership to provide advisory services.
You shape solutioning and define complex test strategies, leveraging your expertise across various industries and platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Shape Test Strategies: Collaborate with clients or delivery leadership to define complex test strategies, providing advisory services that meet their testing needs. This involves assessing test capabilities and implementing transformation roadmaps.
• Guide Test Solution Delivery: Guide the delivery team in test solution delivery, ensuring a comprehensive approach to testing transformation. Your expertise spans across various industries and platforms.
• Advise on Testing Methodology: Contribute significantly during the sales cycle, advising C-level executives on testing methodology, tools, and approaches. This requires deep expertise in testing and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders.
• Assess Test Capabilities: Assess test capabilities and identify areas for improvement, implementing transformation roadmaps that drive business outcomes.
• Implement Transformation Roadmaps: Implement transformation roadmaps, guiding the delivery team in test solution delivery and ensuring a comprehensive approach to testing transformation.
verall Test Delivery Lead for all test responsibilities across the SDLC. The PTM will plan and shape the overall strategy and direction for the team aligning skills and capability to accomplish the programme goals. Establish policies & procedures for the team. Own and manage testing risks and issues, drive innovation, continuous improvements and test optimisation
The PTM will establish the working practices, governance, assurance, controls, and processes across the test team. The PTM will work with workstreams / partners / 3rd parties to ensure scope and boundaries are agreed, assurance mechanisms are in place and interlocks where required across the rest of the ecosystem. The PTM will drive day to day testing across the test phases they are responsible for including test artefacts are produced on time. They may cover one or more of the IBM led test phases for example OAT & Performance test, Component, System and Integration test.
• Deep Expertise in Testing: Proven experience in serving as a subject matter expert in testing, with a strong background in shaping solutioning and defining complex test strategies across various industries and platforms.
• Industry-Agnostic Testing Knowledge: Experience working with multiple industries, with a comprehensive understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and approaches that can be applied to drive business outcomes.
• Transformation Roadmap Implementation: Experience in assessing test capabilities, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing transformation roadmaps that drive business outcomes.
• Executive-Level Advisory Services: Proven ability to advise C-level executives on testing methodology, tools, and approaches, requiring effective communication and deep expertise in testing.
• Cross-Platform Testing Expertise: Experience working with various platforms, ensuring a comprehensive approach to testing transformation and guiding the delivery team in test solution delivery.
• Multi-Industry Testing Knowledge: Experience with testing methodologies, tools, and approaches across various industries, enabling a comprehensive approach to testing transformation.
• Cross-Platform Testing Expertise: Deep expertise in working with multiple platforms, guiding the delivery team in test solution delivery and ensuring a comprehensive approach to testing transformation.
