Your role and responsibilities

As the Senior Marketing Leader for UKI, you will be a trusted advisor to the UKI business, providing strategic counsel to shape growth priorities and leading a high-performing marketing organization to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role plays a critical part in driving demand, accelerating pipeline, and building long-term client relationships across enterprise and mid-market segments in the Region.

With a deep understanding of the UKI market, the Senior Marketing Leader serves as the “face of marketing” to clients, sellers, business partners, analysts, and ecosystem players. You will be responsible for creating market demand and capturing opportunity by bringing together brand, communications, demand generation, digital, ecosystem, and account-based marketing strategies to fuel sustainable growth.

This role requires strong Account-Based Marketing (ABM) leadership, close partnership with sales, and the ability to design and execute personalized, multi-channel campaigns that drive opportunity progression and client mining — ultimately building “clients for life” across named accounts.

The Senior Marketing Leader for UKI will also set the tone for operational excellence, integrity, and compliance, while fostering a growth mindset, encouraging innovation, and building future-ready marketing talent across the region.

Business & Growth Alignment

  • Align UKI business objectives with effective marketing strategies and execution plans across enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to drive pipeline creation, opportunity progression, and revenue growth.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to UKI leadership, grounding recommendations in market intelligence, data, and client insights.

Account-Based Engagement & Demand Marketing Leadership

  • Lead and scale marketing strategies across priority enterprise and mid-market accounts in UKI.
  • Drive demand generation programs with a proven focus on pipeline contribution, opportunity acceleration, and client mining.
  • Design and execute personalized, multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels tailored to target accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with clients across industries

Sales, Ecosystem & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner deeply with sales teams to deliver joint business outcomes, ensuring marketing is tightly integrated into account planning and execution.
  • Have a deep understanding of the Ecosystem and go-to-market model with Partners
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management across marketing, sales, partners, and senior leadership.
  • Support senior executives with effective internal and external communications as needed.

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing marketing teams across UKI.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to break silos and accelerate execution.
  • Build a culture of growth mindset, critical thinking, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Invest in talent development, succession planning, and future leadership capability.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure strong governance, financial discipline, and compliance while maintaining speed and agility.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes to remove friction and enable business outcomes.

Preferred technical and professional experience

· 12-15 years of senior marketing leadership experience, preferably in field or market-facing roles.

· Experience marketing to industries such as BFSI, Technology, Manufacturing, and Government

· Proven track record in demand generation, opportunity progression, pipeline creation, and client mining.

· Demonstrated experience executing personalized, multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to named accounts.

· Deep understanding of the Indian market ecosystem, including experience with partner-led go-to-market models.

· Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

· Strong communication skills with a proven ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders.

· Experience leading and scaling high-performing teams and driving cross-functional synergy.

· High-energy leader with a growth mindset, strong critical thinking skills, and a bias for action.

· Readiness to travel 10-20%
