As a seasoned Complex Project Manager for Enterprise Transformation, you will manage IBM's most complex programs and projects, delivering successful solutions for intricate IT, business, and client requirements. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, requirements, and expectations regarding IBM team operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Manage Client Relationships: Build partnerships with clients, vendors, and subcontractor organizations to ensure client needs are met and customer satisfaction is achieved. This involves serving as the primary point of contact for client needs, requirements, and expectations regarding IBM team operations.
• Deliver Solutions: Possess the expertise to deliver successful solutions for intricate IT, business, and client requirements, leveraging various project management methodologies and emerging technologies.
• Oversee Contractual Obligations: Manage contractual costs, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring the delivery organization meets its commitments.
• Drive Growth Opportunities: Support the Project Executive in identifying growth opportunities and contract profitability, applying strategic innovative thinking and business acumen.
• Deep Expertise in Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex programs and projects, delivering successful solutions for intricate IT, business, and client requirements. Experience with various project management methodologies and emerging technologies.
• Experience in Contract Management: Skilled in managing contractual costs, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring the delivery organization meets its commitments. Familiarity with contract profitability and growth opportunities.
• Proficiency in IPPF Tool: Expertise in using the IPPF tool for costs and invoices as per contract delivery milestones, with ability to accurately track and manage project expenses.
• Business Acumen: Experience in analyzing business and IT challenges, applying strategic innovative thinking, and advising on large or complex engagements.
• Global Program Management: Experience in managing large, complex, and global programs, with ability to negotiate at the highest levels and communicate effectively with executives.
• Proficiency in Emerging Technologies: Experience with various emerging technologies related to client needs, including technical solutions and innovative thinking. Ability to leverage these technologies to deliver successful solutions for intricate IT, business, and client requirements.
• Knowledge of Business Outsourcing: Familiarity with managing complex business outsourcing contracts, including analyzing business and IT challenges, and advising on large or complex engagements.
