Business Management Associate - Testing Centre of Excellence (TCoE)

Support the Testing Center of Excellence Leadership Team by facilitating collaboration between testing and support functions. Engage in internal processes to help drive operational excellence and contribute to ongoing improvements across the organization.
As a Business Management Associate within the Testing Center of Excellence, you will play a key role in supporting the Leadership Team. Your responsibilities will include coordinating strategic initiatives, assisting with the expansion into new areas, and providing direct support to the Business Management Office, Executive Directors, and Managing Directors as required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Executive Director by acting as a liaison in the delivery and receipt of key information such as management reporting, budget, onboarding efforts, communication requirements, internal job aid requirements, tooling updates, internal charters, matter relating to location strategy and more.
- Assist with the preparation of data and presentations for key internal meetings such as business reviews and initiative tracking.
- Coordinate communication and the distribution/cascade of key information as needed throughout the teams being supported.
- Participate in expansion and key process improvement initiatives to maintain a highly effective and controlled environment.
- Develop and manage project plan updates and report-outs using designated tools and processes.
- Develop a detailed understanding of current state processes, identify weaknesses, gaps, and/or opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to increase the efficiency of information flow between different business areas.
- Address other areas of need identified by Executive Director as identified and appropriate
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Prior experience in Control Management, Risk functions or Operations.
- Outstanding Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams skills
- Excellent data analysis and visualization skills
- Understanding of audit, control, and testing processes
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, including cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication as well as interpersonal, collaboration and influencing skills
- Ability to maintain a highly organized environment and work independently
