London, UK
Posted on Mar 18, 2026

Can you turn the complex into simple but engaging? If so, join a high-impact team shaping how digital tools and their updates reach and engage with teams across JPMorgan’s Global Banking and Payments groups. As a Senior Communications Associate within Banking & Sales Enablement, you’ll drive go-to-market storytelling that brings clarity to users, elevates product and tool adoption, and helps the firm deliver results. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, content, and execution, this is the role for you.

The Senior Communications Associate will lead day-to-day planning and execution of go-to-market communications for Global Banking (GB) and Payments Sales end users. You’ll develop clear, outcome-driven messaging across multiple channels, and partner closely with product owners, client-facing teams and others to align narratives and deliver campaigns that inform, inspire, and drive adoption. The role blends content development, stakeholder management, and performance analysis to continuously improve reach and effectiveness.

Job responsibilities

  • Build and maintain experience and tool-specific go-to-market messaging frameworks that align to business and product priorities—ensuring consistency across channels and audiences.
  • Plan, write, and edit high-quality content (product launch emails, internal newsletters, in-app messaging, presentations, executive updates and other enablement assets) that clearly communicates value and next steps.
  • Partner with product managers, sales leads, training/enablement, and design to develop and deliver integrated launch plans, from pre-briefs through post-launch reinforcement.
  • Help manage team communication and training tracking calendars—working to sequence messaging to minimize noise and maximize relevance for end users and internal stakeholders.
  • Establish measurable objectives and track performance (open rates, engagement, adoption/usage proxies, feedback), translating insights into refinements for future campaigns.
  • Maintain a content repository and version control to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and reuse across teams and channels.
  • Anticipate questions and risks, develop clear FAQs/response guides, and coordinate change management communications for updates that impact user experience.
  • Uphold brand, regulatory, and compliance standards in all materials, partnering with review teams where required.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field
  • Experience in communications, product marketing, or go-to-market roles with a track record of owning and delivering campaigns end-to-end.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with ability to translate complex concepts into clear, action-oriented messages for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel communication plans (email, intranet, one-pagers, enablement assets, FAQs) with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills a must; proven ability to partner with teams including product, sales, design, and line of business communicators
  • Proficiency with content planning and measurement tools (e.g., Monday.com or equivalent, marketing automation or email platforms, analytics dashboards, content repositories).
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills; comfortable managing calendars, deadlines, and approvals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to brand, regulatory, and compliance standards; careful attention to detail and quality control.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience supporting go-to-market programs for enterprise software or financial services
  • Familiarity with change management and crafting communications that drive behavior change and adoption.
  • Advanced analytics orientation—ability to translate engagement metrics into insights and iterate messaging/format based on findings.
  • Hands-on experience with internal communications automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, SharePoint/intranet, Teams)
  • Comfort developing executive-ready materials (briefs, talking points, leadership updates) and presenting to senior stakeholders.
