Join a new EMEA team shaping client service for Agency Securities Finance. You will build strong client relationships, solve complex service needs, and collaborate across the Commercial & Investment Bank to deliver client-centric solutions. Your work supports global institutional investors with customized lending programs, detailed reporting, and robust risk management.

As an Agency Securities Finance Operations Service Delivery Associate in Agency Securities Finance, you partner with institutional clients to deliver high-quality service across day-to-day queries, reporting, onboarding, and change requests. You work closely with product, solutions, controls, and audit partners to maintain strong service levels, ensure program alignment, and simplify processes that enhance the client experience. Together, we elevate delivery standards and drive continuous improvement across the platform.

Job responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for Agency Securities Finance clients, handling day-to-day queries, ad hoc requests, and scheduled tasks.
  • Represent client interests internally, ensuring alignment with program parameters and reporting needs.
  • Monitor client service levels proactively and take action to sustain and improve performance.
  • Promote and coordinate timely escalation of client service issues to relevant internal teams for swift resolution.
  • Participate in client performance reviews, training, due diligence, and internal forums as required.
  • Maintain and update client-level lending parameters and associated reference information.
  • Coordinate onboarding with the Solutions team, ensuring accurate entitlements and portfolio parameter setup.
  • Collaborate with auditors by preparing and providing required reports and documentation.
  • Manage client-driven change requests for product or reporting enhancements and promote consistent support models.
  • Lead client training sessions on reporting tools to enable effective self-service and data retrieval.
  • Contribute to team initiatives that simplify, improve, and add value to existing processes.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with clear, concise messaging.
  • Effective client management skills, including the ability to deliver challenging messages constructively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with a strong control mindset.
  • Problem-solving and data analysis skills with sound judgment.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and perform under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and tenacious with a high degree of independence and accountability.
  • Proven track record in a dynamic operations environment meeting strict deadlines.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Sound knowledge of global financial markets.
  • Experience in a client-facing role within financial services.
  • Experience in securities lending and/or middle office functions.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Exposure to digital analytics and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, or Qlik.
