As a Program / Project Manager in Custody Cash & Payment Operations Governance team, you will lead multiple initiatives end-to-end—shaping the book of work from idea through delivery—while partnering across Product, Technology, and Operations globally. You’ll translate complex information into clear executive-ready narratives, proactively manage risks and issues, and drive decisions through rigorous analysis and root-cause deep dives. This work matters because it builds a centralized, consistent change framework and advances the Cash Target Operating Model (CTOM) to improve operational efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance the client experience.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects and initiatives end-to-end from idea through execution to deliver business outcomes.
  • Plan and run project lifecycle activities (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout) with clear milestones and deliverables.
  • Communicate project progress, decisions, and outcomes through structured updates and executive-ready materials.
  • Synthesize complex, broad-ranging information into concise key messages and a coherent storyline for Senior Management.
  • Document project risks, issues, actions, and decisions; escalate appropriately to ensure timely visibility and resolution.
  • Partner with Product, Product Development, Technology, and Operations to clarify requirements and translate needs into actionable solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across lines of business, functions, and geographies to drive alignment and execution.
  • Perform deep dives, process reviews, and root-cause analysis to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Evaluate multiple solution approaches using structured analysis to recommend the best path forward.
  • Drive continuous process improvement with a risk and controls mindset across deliverables and operating routines.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills to deliver initiatives from inception through execution.
  • Experience in Managing multiple competing priorities with structure, pace, and attention to detail.
  • Strong Influencing and partnership skills with stakeholders at all organizational levels, clearly articulating status, requirements, and dependencies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate concisely in written and verbal formats, including executive-ready updates.
  • Experience in applying strategic and analytical thinking to diagnose problems and drive results-oriented execution.
  • A track record of collaborating effectively in a multi-functional, global team environment to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Show adaptability in responding to change and ambiguity within a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Exhibit Cash, FX & Liquidity product knowledge.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Use Alteryx to perform data preparation, analysis, or workflow automation.
  • Build Tableau reporting/visualizations to track delivery progress and outcomes.
  • Leverage Signavio to support process mapping and operational design.
  • Demonstrate experience operating in governance or centralized change functions within operations.
  • Apply a risk and controls mindset to change delivery and process improvement.
  • Educated to a degree level (or equivalent)
