As a Global Real Estate - EMEA Program Manager in Global Real Estate (EMEA), you will lead end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of real estate projects, ensuring clear governance, strong stakeholder engagement, and disciplined execution against timeline, budget, safety, and quality. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for business partners on project activity and communications, while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes. You’ll also strengthen reporting, controls, and continuous improvement across the regional program.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead projects through the full lifecycle from planning and execution to monitoring and closeout
  • Own project plans, schedules, budgets, and resourcing to deliver agreed business outcomes
  • Monitor scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality, escalating risks and issues with clear mitigation actions
  • Reinforce facility and workplace standards, including safety, security, energy efficiency, and space/occupancy principles
  • Develop project documentation and approvals (including project charters, TFAs, and CERPs) in partnership with functional teams
  • Serve as the single point of contact for line-of-business stakeholders on project updates, decisions, and communications
  • Partner with finance and business liaisons to confirm requirements, expectations, and space demand
  • Coordinate Global Real Estate functional teams (e.g., client management, transactions, design and construction, property management, tax and incentives, lease administration, finance, data) to align scope, milestones, and costs
  • Prepare standard and ad hoc reporting for senior management, including status updates, RAG ratings, budget-to-actuals, and timeline progress
  • Drive process improvement, quality, and controls to improve delivery consistency and stakeholder experience
  • Ensure project outcomes that affect seat supply are accurately recorded in systems of record upon completion

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Solid experience in corporate real estate, property, workplace, or facilities-related project/program delivery
  • Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end multi-stakeholder projects with schedule and budget accountability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with a wide range of internal partners
  • Experience working directly with senior stakeholders and supporting governance forums with concise reporting
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, managing multiple projects and deliverables concurrently
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and pragmatically in a fast-paced environment with short timelines
  • Working knowledge of space/occupancy concepts and real estate or property performance metrics
  • Strong strategic planning capability, translating business needs into clear deliverables and milestones

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience coordinating with outsourced teams or vendors to support project execution
  • Experience supporting portfolio analysis to inform workplace or space decisions
  • Familiarity with workplace/real estate systems (e.g., Serraview and Tririga) and maintaining data quality
  • Experience preparing materials for regional governance and executive-level stakeholder updates
  • Exposure to lease, transactions, or fit-out delivery coordination across cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated track record of continuous improvement in program delivery, controls, or reporting
