Job Responsibilities

  • Researches, gathers, and prepares information for analysis and reporting
  • Analyzes data to identify problems and supports developed solutions
  • Works on one or many Intelligent Automation tools
  • Collaborates on the organization and visualization of data in a way that empowers business decisions
  • Contributes to or supports projects, initiatives, and shares best practices and learnings
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, proposing enhancements, and helping implement standardization/automation where appropriate.
  • Produce regular status updates and operational metrics; communicate progress and blockers to team leads and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (operations, finance, technology, risk/control, client service) to resolve issues and improve client experience.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership, responsiveness, and customer/client focus in all interactions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and process discipline.
  • Proficiency with SQL, R, Python, data visualization platforms, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to follow procedures while using judgment to escalate appropriately.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable providing updates to stakeholders.
