As a technical lead, you’ll bring your deep knowledge and practical insight to guide design delivery and integrate disciplines across multi-layered projects. Your ability to translate technical complexity into clear, actionable plans will be key to ensuring smooth delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Running effective check-ins, resolving blockers early, and keeping design development on track.

Coordinating across disciplines, especially in multi-disciplinary environments, where your ability to connect the dots will be crucial.
Beyond the technical side, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we work — promoting smarter methods, driving high-value solutions, and engaging with colleagues across Jacobs to raise the bar.

Here's what you'll need
A strong technical background in the Public Health elements of Building Services Design, Construction and Procurement
Chartered Engineer and member of recognised professional institution, CIBSE or CIPHE
Relevant experience in the design and specification of sustainable co-ordinated designs for potable water supply services, foul and rainwater drainage, sanitation systems and fire suppression systems in a variety of buildings
Experience in leading MEP teams through all stages of work winning, design and procurement and an understanding of the multi-disciplinary design processes
