Your impact

As a skilled an experienced Land Quality Senior Consultant you will join our well established market leading team supporting geo-environmental complex projects, ensuring the governance and compliance throught all phases of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support geo-environmental assessments, for a variety of projects across a wide range of sectors – in some cases this will involve leading on specific aspects of the assessment.
  • Develop and implement strategies for land quality assessment and remediation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality consultancy services.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Support the implementation of ground investigations and assessments to evaluate land contamination and environmental risks.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Here's what you'll need

Our team would be delighted to hear from candidates with a good blend of the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in geo-environmental consultancy.
  • Proven track record in supporting private sector projects across all project life-stages (desk study through to remediation implementation).
  • Good understanding of Detailed Quantitative Risk Assessment approaches.
  • A sound knowledge of of environmental legislation and risk assessment methodologies (including UK and international standards such as ASTM).
  • Experience of working with emerging contaminants such as PFAS.
  • Sound analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Good digital data assessment expertise.
