About the Opportunity

☑️ This is a senior consulting role for someone who enjoys combining deep technical knowledge with practical delivery and strong client engagement

☑️ You’ll work closely with clients to understand their operational challenges and co‑create digital solutions that are scalable, secure and value‑driven

☑️ A core focus of the role is supporting programmes and projects to design and implement workflows and business processes that align with both organisational objectives and day‑to‑day operational reality.

You’ll:

📈 Lead the design, implementation and optimisation of digital tools, projects and solutions

📈 Apply your hands‑on experience with EAM/CMMS platforms (such as Ellipse, SAP or Maximo) within broader digital and asset management strategies

📈 Advise on the integration of diverse data sources and technologies (including GIS, SCADA and ERP) to create unified, data and outcome driven environments

📈 Develop migration plans from legacy systems to modern platforms

📈 Identify technical risks and ensure solutions are robust, secure and future‑proof

📈 Support strategic asset management planning and improvement initiatives

📈 Deliver training, workshops and mentoring to build capability across client and internal teams

Here's what you'll need

✅ Strong, hands‑on experience delivering and optimising digital systems in operational settings

✅ Deep expertise in EAM/CMMS platforms (e.g. Ellipse, SAP, Maximo) and asset management practices

✅ Experience with systems integration, data management and digital ecosystems (GIS, SCADA, ERP)

✅ Knowledge of configuration management, integrations, API management and cybersecurity principles

✅ A structured, detail‑driven approach to problem solving

✅ The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences

✅ Experience training and mentoring others, sharing knowledge and raising capability

✅ An adaptable, strategic mindset with the ability to balance multiple priorities in fast‑moving environments
