Construction Advisory - Senior NEC Project Manager/Supervisor
Jacobs
At Jacobs, we're challenging today to reinvent tomorrow by solving the world's most critical problems for thriving cities, resilient environments, mission-critical outcomes, operational advancement, scientific discovery and cutting-edge manufacturing, turning abstract ideas into realities that transform the world for good.
Construction & Logistics Advisory brings unrivalled depth and breadth across markets, sectors and regions. We sit at the heart of project delivery, providing strategic insight and hands‑on expertise to programmes across every Operating Unit and geography—from the UK’s most complex infrastructure schemes to major developments across Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
Our team is powered by chartered professionals and former Tier One contractor leaders with global delivery experience. Combined with specialist logistics capability, we’re uniquely positioned to unlock the full value of Modern Methods of Construction. By driving early‑stage optioneering, planning and constructability, we shape smarter, more resilient designs built around a clear Design to Construct approach. From concept and initiation through Outline Design, Consent and beyond, we embed practical, build‑ready thinking that strengthens project outcomes and accelerates delivery.
With our broad experience in live construction environments, our teams are frequently called upon to supervise major works on the ground. We now have an exciting opportunity for an accredited NEC Project Manager or Supervisor to lead a site‑based supervisory team on a flagship roads construction programme in the North of Scotland. This is a chance to take a pivotal role on one of the region’s most significant infrastructure projects—bringing your NEC expertise, leadership and real‑world delivery insight to where it matters most.

- Lead and empower a multidisciplinary site team, driving excellence in supervision, communication and delivery performance.

Experience in construction supervision, preferably in highways, infrastructure, or major civil engineering projects. This may have been gained initially working for tier one contractors in a construction delivery role and moving to a site supervisory role at a later stage of your career, or having an extensive design background and later moving to site supervision.
