We are seeking an experienced ESRI Admin/Architect to support our ArcGIS Enterprise environment, including server administration, upgrades, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will help design and build future‑ready GIS systems for our growing global user community. Strong expertise in Windows Server, IIS, SQL/Oracle databases, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is essential. The role also involves documentation of best practices, collaboration with diverse technical teams, and effective problem resolution across ESRI technologies. Key responsibilities: (not limited to)
- Manage coordination, serving as the liaison between Jacob’s consulting business for Geospatial across all lines of business and Corporate IT in your region
- Manage ESRI ArcGIS enterprise and server administration, including software installation, maintenance, and updates on enterprise servers
- Design and build future GIS systems to meet increasing needs and support our growing geospatial community of users
- Create and maintain documentation related to best practices and standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Windows Server and IIS Administration
- Utilize ServiceNow ticketing system for user support and change related activities
- Work with cloud technologies and hosting methodologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computers / Electronics / IT / GIS
- In depth experience with GIS applications
- Previous experience working with service desk systems in an IT environment
