About the opportunity
As part of our Performance & Improvement team, you’ll spend most of your time leading and delivering transformation projects that directly improve productivity, performance and outcomes across major programmes.
No two days look the same. You'll:
☑️ Deliver change and transformation for major programmes
☑️ Work across multiple clients and sectors - often simultaneously
☑️ Manage or contribute to project teams, depending on the assignment
☑️ Partner directly with senior client stakeholders
☑️ Drive internal capability growth and business development
☑️ Help define and embed industry best practice
☑️ Mentor colleagues and contribute to the operational heartbeat of the team

This role is ideal for someone from management consulting or a similar environment who is ready to hit the ground running, lead client engagements, and step confidently into bigger stewardship over time.
We’re looking for someone who combines technical capability, consulting experience and human brilliance:
Experience & Qualifications
✅ Degree qualified
✅ Ideally with certifications in:
- Change Management & Transformation
- Lean / Operational Excellence
- APM or similar project management qualifications
- Agile / Scrum
✅ Comfortable running or being close to running projects with minimal supervision
✅ This is not an entry level position so you should have demonstrable experience in consulting or similar, delivering tangible client outcomes

Working Style
☑️ Hybrid: 2–3 days per week in office
☑️ Willingness to travel nationally and occasionally internationally
☑️ Ability to work at client sites as needed
