Your impact

As a Principal BIM Information Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how digital and information management is delivered across complex transportation projects. You will lead and influence best practice in BIM and Information Management, helping clients achieve better project outcomes through robust governance, high‑quality data, and effective collaboration. Your expertise will directly impact the consistency, assurance, and value of project information—supporting smarter decisions from early design through to delivery and handover, while mentoring and developing others within the wider team.

About the opportunity

As part of our Transportation Information Management Team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of BIM and Information Management delivery across multiple projects. This includes overseeing the People, Process, Solutions, and Procurement functions to drive effective digital delivery and continuous improvement.

You will take ownership of project information management activities, including the establishment, control, and assurance of the Common Data Environment (CDE) and its associated processes and procedures. You will verify the content and integrity of the Project Information Model, ensure strong information governance, and maintain adherence to BIM standards and best practice throughout the project lifecycle.

Working as a key member of the Project Delivery team, you will collaborate closely with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers, helping them to realise their goals and outcomes through effective information management.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for career development, working on high‑profile projects across the UK, Ireland, and internationally, and contributing to the evolution of digital delivery in the transportation sector.

This role can be based across any of the listed UK hubs at the bottom of the advert or our Dublin & Cork offices.

Here's what you'll need
  • Proven BIM / Information Management experience within transportation or infrastructure projects
  • Practical application of the UK BIM Framework and BS EN ISO 19650 series
  • Experience managing Project Information Models and Common Data Environments
  • Ability to develop and implement Information Management Protocols and Execution Plans
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary project delivery teams
