🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting delivery of major highways schemes across the South East, specifically for a major project in Essex
• Applying cost intelligence principles to improve project performance
• Working across both pre contract and post contract phases
• Producing cost estimates, forecasts, and reports that drive decision-making
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across clients, consultants and contractors

Discipline: Consultancy Quantity Surveying (RICS Accredited)
Department: Commercial Funding & Finance (Programmes & Advisory)
Here's what you'll need
✅ A degree in Quantity Surveying or qualified by experience
✅ Consultant level (not fresh grad) in Quantity Surveying with experience in highways
✅ Experience in both pre-contract and post-contract estimating
✅ Exposure to consultancy environments (or a mix of consultancy + contractor experience)
👉 This is not a pure contractor-side role
✅ Understanding of cost intelligence / data-driven cost management
✅ A proactive mindset: someone who wants to learn, question, and grow
