☑️ As a Social Value Sales Professional, you’ll sit within our Europe and UK Growth & Sales team - right at the centre of winning work and shaping our future pipeline.

You’ll:

☑️ Craft winning social value strategies and tender responses that stand out in a competitive market

☑️ Translate complex social value goals into clear, compelling client propositions

☑️ Partner with sales teams to define and elevate our social value capability

☑️ Ensure seamless transition from bid to delivery, setting projects up for success

☑️ Continuously evolve our approach using feedback, insights, and innovation

Here's what you'll need

✅ Experience shaping social value responses within UK infrastructure bids

✅ Understanding of UK procurement frameworks (e.g. PPN 002)

✅ Ability to think strategically and speak up effectively

✅ Confident communicator who can inspire and influence stakeholders

✅ Commercial awareness with excellent organisation and attention to detail

✅ Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-pressure environment

✅ A proactive, resilient mindset with a drive to win
